Just a conversation. No pressure. No commitment.
A short call is the easiest way to find out whether chiropractic care is the right fit for what you’re dealing with. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that, too.
Request an AppointmentFrequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, auto-injury (PIP) coverage, and workers’ compensation. Before your first visit we verify your benefits so you know exactly what your visit will cost — no surprises.
What is chiropractic care?
Chiropractic is a drug-free, hands-on approach to health focused on the relationship between the spine and the nervous system. When joints in the spine move well, the body moves and heals better. Care can include manual adjusting, drop-table technique, instrument-assisted adjusting, and therapeutic exercise.
How do I get started?
Start with our New Patient Special, which includes a consultation, examination, and a clear conversation about what we find. If chiropractic is a good fit for your case, we’ll outline a care plan; if it isn’t, we’ll refer you in the right direction.
Where are you located?
Our office sits at the four corners in Waymart, PA — the intersection of Route 6 (Roosevelt Hwy) and Route 296 (Belmont Turnpike). We’re about 6 miles east of Carbondale and 8 miles west of Honesdale, with free on-site parking.
Is chiropractic safe for kids and pregnancy?
Yes. Pediatric and prenatal adjustments use very different techniques than adult adjustments — much gentler, with significantly less force. Dr. Warninger is trained in pediatric chiropractic and the Webster Technique for expectant mothers.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Plan on about 45 minutes. We’ll review your health history, perform a thorough physical and chiropractic exam, and — when appropriate — begin care that same day. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on and a recommended next step.
